Stressors, Now Its Your Happy Time!!

Stress in work is actually a step closer to get back in action and re-organize your work in a better way. It can be motivational signal before the completion of your tasks. On the contrary it’s paralyzing; but before being pessimistic, one must try consulting with the colleague or supervisor at workplace. Make a breakdown of tasks by sorting them out and get done with them step wise.

One is not powerless when in stress, rather concentrate which task invigorates or moves one in forward step; then pick the most interesting task first to complete, so that when comes the last one! You probably love that one too.

Taking care of one own self when not on work can also leads to reduce the stress like to think positive, do what lifts your mood, having healthy diet, a morning walk and taking a good sleep at the end of day. All these are a guaranteed support for stressors. While working; coffee, green tea, or a melodious music can be chosen to go for if helpful.

Simply making a “To do list” and scheduling your work can meet the deadlines plus in the planned time all work would be accommodated! Last but not the least; when it’s an option to choose tasks; one must not over commit himself. You can cope the future stress by choosing your tasks.
